The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station and 10 minutes to the seaside. the rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with a nice view from some of them. the staff is mostly friendly and the restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, where guests can enjoy a cup of tea or wine while playing backgammon or watching TV.
The cleaning staff and restaurant staff speak only Turkish.

We loved the affordable price, convenient location near the tram station and seaside, and the delicious soup and cheese at breakfast. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a nice design and provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, where we enjoyed playing backgammon or watching TV while sipping tea or wine.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be reasonably priced and the location was perfect - just a short five-minute walk to the nearest tram station and ten minutes from the beach. We especially enjoyed the delicious soup and cheese at breakfast, which was a lovely touch. the staff was generally quite friendly, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were some negative aspects to note. the street where the hotel was located became quite seedy at night, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
